The autumn and winter months take their toll on many of us. A family trip for Easter is therefore an excellent opportunity for the first spring vacation surrounded by nature awakening to life. However, where is it worth spending Easter holidays – abroad, by the sea, or maybe in the mountains? Each of these options has its advantages, so it all depends on individual preferences, but all undoubtedly provide unforgettable experiences.
Among us, there are certainly many lovers of the Baltic Sea, who have long dreamed of spending holidays by the sea. In early spring, a peaceful, somewhat sleepy atmosphere prevails in the coastal cities and towns, and the air, rich in iodine, encourages long walks. The same is true for lakes – for example, the Masurian Lakes. They are very popular in the summer, but at the turn of March and April, when Easter holidays fall, they usually offer peace and quiet, conducive to regenerating in the midst of nature.
Mountain resorts, regardless of the season, undoubtedly also have their unique charm. Sometimes still covered with a layer of white fluff, they attract with their unusual atmosphere, pleasant weather, and magnificent mountain landscapes, and at the same time, offer a range of fantastic attractions. It's no wonder that mountain regions create an ideal setting for an Easter trip for many people.
Planning a trip to the mountains for Easter, we can choose from bustling resorts, atmospheric spas, or small towns. In most of them, tourists can find numerous additional attractions, among which enthusiasts of active leisure, lovers of sightseeing, and those longing for the intimate embrace of nature will find something for themselves.
An interesting idea for spending Easter is Krynica-Zdrój – a spa town located about 30 kilometers from Nowy Sącz. Krynica-Zdrój is an ideal place for Easter in the mountains.
