An additional attraction of our sauna zone is the Ice Cave. Immediately after your sauning, come here to cool down your body or rub it with ice. The ice cave improves blood circulation, has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties as well as boots your immunity. Low temperature gives your body a refreshing and energising kick, and thereby, improves your metabolism as well.
