Creative Holidays in Belmonte with Maciek and Bricks
We cordially invite you to an extraordinary event - Creative Holidays in Belmonte with Maciek and Bricks! From July 15-21, 2024, you will have the opportunity to meet Maciek Kośmicki, a well-known YouTuber and LEGO creation master. Maciek, a doctoral student and senior technician at the Faculty of Sociology at Adam Mickiewicz University, runs the popular channel "Maciek and Bricks" on YouTube, where he talks about construction toys, mainly LEGO bricks. He is also a participant in the 1st edition of the LEGO Masters program, which was broadcast in the fall by TVN.
Throughout the week, you will be able to participate in inspiring workshops that will take place on July 16, 18, and 20, 2024.
Workshops with Maciek and Bricks
Ninja Tournament - Duels in the Arena
One of the main attractions will be the Ninja Tournament. During these workshops, participants will be able to compete in two large arenas built from LEGO bricks and use dueling spinners from the popular LEGO Ninjago series. The workshops will begin with learning how to launch tops, followed by a full Ninja tournament! Each participant will receive a certificate and stickers, and four of the best ninjas will be prepared special, brick gifts.
Build and Play a Brick Board Game
The second workshop is a unique opportunity to create your own board game with LEGO bricks. During the two-hour session, participants will have hundreds of game boards and interactive elements, dice, and tokens at their disposal. First, we will discuss the basic rules of creating board games, and then we will divide into groups and play several example games. Each participant will receive a certificate and stickers, and minor, brick prizes are planned for the winners of the board games.
