We serve you with seasonal products from our local deliverers, carefully selected craft products, superfood dishes having heath-giving properties and traditional highlander dishes from all over Europe. And that's our one should start a day, right?
Warm dishes: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, Frankfurt sausages, hot-dog sausages, milk soups or porridge.. That's just a tiny little excerpt. At the live cooking station, our cooks prepares what you crave for at the moment. Our cold buffet includes sausages. home-made cold cuts, pâtés, fresh fishes and so much more.
The palette of salads, raw vegetables and fruits will give you your daily dose of vitamins, and the high quality, fresh and aromatic baked goods - a kick of solid energy. If you are fond of sweet breakfast, you'll love our home-made muesli, natural honeys, jams as well as dried fruit and nuts. When breakfast - then dairy products of course, here, even in the lactose-free version. We offer milk of various fat content, but also plant milks, all kinds of yoghurts, buttermilks, cheeses and cottage cheeses too.
